200 Years of St Lawrence School

St Lawrence School is celebrating 200 years with an event on Saturday the 15th June 2013.

Photos and Memorabilia

Everyone is welcome to the event, which will take place during the day from 2pm till 4pm. Entry is free, but please book so that they know how many people are coming. There will be an exhibition of photos and memorabilia, as well as refreshments, fun and games, a sweetie tuck shop.

Bi-Centenary Ball

In the evening there will be a a bi-centenary ball, which starts at 7.30pm on the 15th June. This will be a ticket only event. Evening entertainment will include the Famous Five Band, tuck shop, and a bar. Tickets will go on sale for £5 at the carnival (Monday 6th May) and then afterward at the school at drop off 8.45am and pick up 3.15pm.

If you would like to help with the event, there is going to be a meeting at the school this Wednesday, April 17th at 7.30 to which all are welcome.

They are still really keen for help, memorabilia and photos. These can be dropped into school and all items will be scanned and returned (as long as they are clearly labelled).
