Chobham Neighbourhood Plan was created by Nicholas Young
A neighbourhood development plan establishes general planning policies for the development and use of land in a neighbourhood, such as where new homes and offices should be built and what they should look like.
The ChobPlan group has been setup to put together a Chobham Neighbourhood Plan. The Chobham Parish Council has sent an application to Surrey Heath Borough Council for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area. This application can be viewed on the SHBC website: www.surreyheath.gov.uk/planning/planning...eighbourhoodplan.htm
Objectives of the plan are still being identified, and there are regular meetings to which everyone is welcome. For more details visit the website:http://chobplangroup.com
