Westways Farm - Open Garden for NGS, 12th May 2019

Westways Farm is a 6 acre garden surrounded by woodlands planted in the 1930s with mature and some rare rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and magnolias, underplanted with bluebells, lilies and dogwood; extensive lawns and sunken pond garden.

With working stables and sandschool. A lovely Queen Anne House (not open) covered with listed Magnolia grandiflora. Victorian design glasshouse. New planting round the garden room.

Open garden on Sunday 12th May 2019 (from 11am to 5pm). Admission £4, Children free. Home-made teas. Visits also by arrangement from April to June for groups of 10+. Good parking for cars/coach. Open for charity.
