Chobham & West End Medical Practice Survey
The Chobham & West End Medical Practice would like patients' input on how they can improve their service.
"To help us with this, we are setting up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

Campaign to Protect Rural England
Help us shape the future of Green Belts
We want to see how people think the Green Belt should be used. Between April and July we are carrying out a survey, in conjunction with Sustain, Myerscough College and our local branches in Bristol, London and Merseyside. If you live or own land in those areas, we would like you to take part in the survey. It will only take a few minutes of your time and you could help shape the future of the countryside in or near to where you live.
