Chobham Scouts Looking for a Leader

Chobham Scouts are urgently looking for new Scout Leaders to create everyday adventures to inspire children of the village ages 10 to 14.

For well over seventy years, Chobham Scouts have been changing the lives of children and young adults by helping them to reach their full potential and make a positive impact in our local community. We help to maintain the Old Graveyard, provide catering at the Chobham Carnival and support the Chobham Agricultural and Horticultural Society Show as well as providing a programme of activities at the Scout Hut every week during term-time. This everyday adventure is possible thanks to adult volunteers.

Never been involved with Scouts before? Not a problem!

Award-Winning Training Scheme

The award-winning training scheme for volunteers means that adults get as much from Scouts as young people with over 90% of Scout volunteers say that their skills and experiences have been useful in their work or personal life.

If you enjoy working with young people, are tolerant with a sense of humour and would like to be part of the Scouting family then please contact Peter Golden, District Commissioner, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
